Bouncing Ben’s is a bouncy castle hire company based in Leamington & South Birmingham. We offer a range of castle types and sizes to meet all your needs, whether this be for a children’s party, christening, family get together or any type of celebration!

We provide Bouncy Castles in Warwickshire, South Birmingham & Solihull. However, if you live outside of these areas give us a call, as we may be able to to accommodate a booking.

We offer a friendly and reliable service, where customer service and satisfaction is our number one priority. All Bouncing Ben castles have a full safety certificate and we have comprehensive £5m public liability insurance to give you that peace of mind when booking.

Castles.

We currently have 3 castles available to hire.

* This is the size of castle. Please allow an extra 4 ft at the front and back of the castles and 3 ft either side.
** This price includes delivery, setting up, collection and insurance.

Booking Information.
How do I book?	Please phone to check availability, suitability and to book.
Do I pay a deposit?	A deposit is not required.
How do I pay?	We accept cash on the day, cheques must be cleared by the hire date. Unfortunately we do not take card payments.
Do you have insurance?	We carry £5 million public liability insurance.

Delivery infomation and location of the castle.
What time will it be delivered / picked up?	Delivery is between 8.30am and 11.30am depending on the delivery route. We will pick up between 5.30pm and 8.30pm.
Can the castle go on concrete?	Unfortunately the castles can't go on concrete or gravel - they must be placed on grass.
Can the castle go on a slope?	The castle can go on a very slight slope. If in doubt please call us for advise.
What power supply is required?	A normal 240v plug socket is required within 25 metres of the castle.
What access is required?	We deliver the castle on a sack truck so require a minimum width of 3 ft for access. Steps are not a problem as the truck goes up and down them!
Can I keep the castle overnight?	This may be possible but the price of the hire will increase by £30. Please call to discuss.

Using the Castle.
Can the castle be used in the rain?	All our castles have built in rain covers, however these are only designed to be used in light showers. In the event of heavy rain the castle must not be used as it gets very slippery.
Can the castle be used in strong wind?	Due to safety reasons the castles can't be used in strong winds.
Who can use the castle?	Please see the 'Castles' page for age restrictions. Further guidance will be given on the day in the Terms and Conditions of the hire.

About Us.

"Interesting name!" I hear you saying...... Bouncing Ben is named after my 4 year old nephew Ben. He's been my inspiration for setting up the business after having seen the smile on his face when ever he is on a bouncy castle! Of course he loves to play on the castles when they aren't hired out!

Being a family run business we aim to offer an outstanding service, with the personal touches a small company can bring.
