We hired a bouncy castle Friday. Steve the business owner is a lovely guy! Quick to respond to messages, quick set up & collection both at the time agreed. Bouncy castle was really clean and the kids loved it! Would highly recommend the company as a reliable family centered business!

Really helpful and friendly man and to top it off a great price. Would definitely use again and our child enjoyed it that much tried to hide In the corner so it couldn’t be taken and the man then gave him a little extra time to help him settle to the fact it had to go! Thank you very much.
Absolutely recommend this company, clean bouncy castle was dropped off and set up by a very polite, lovely man. We were made aware of the rules concerning the safety with the castle and obviously how to look after the castle overnight. All kids and adults had a brilliant time on the castle and as I say the man (sorry think it was Steve) was very friendly and polite. Thank you for making two kids birthday party brilliant xx

So after being let down only this morning (Sunday) I was desperate to get a replacement! When bouncing Ben came to my rescue within the hour!! Within the hour he was out measuring up in the rain ☔️🤭😊 I have to say never have I met a more lovely gentleman and really wanted to give my daughter the gift she wanted which was a bouncy castle 🏰 to even get a reply on a Sunday is one thing but he came out and put my mind to rest straight away! Absolutely know people who are in this business for money and the ones that are in it to bring joy( not many) but I must have had luck today! Really appreciate you for what you have done for us ❤️ I truly owe you one ☝️

Huge thank you to the bouncing Ben team. We had the safari castle at the weekend. It was put up and everything explained should the weather change. Unpredictable British weather. Fortunately the sun came out and all the children absolutely loved the castle, keep them amused all night. I would highly recommend this company, fantastic customer service and I will be using them again. Thank guys!!
Another amazing bouncing castle from bouncing Ben - we had the castle overnight - Steve delivered in plenty of time to set up the garden for the party - I would always recommend Bouncing Ben for his customer service and his exceptional castles that can bring a teenager or adult party alive - Thanks Steve again for making another successful party at our house

I recently enquired about a charity fundraiser we were organising, Steve was so kind, caring and friendly and helped us out massively with a castle.
